We keep checkout simple and secure. Meadow Pals accepts the following:

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Bank transfer, for bulk orders only. Please contact us for details.

Every payment is processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment Processing

  • Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched until payment has cleared.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order is not confirmed.

  • All prices shown on meadowpals.com are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties or shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

Secure Payment Processing

  • Meadow Pals uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.
  • We do not store, and cannot see, your full card details.

Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
  • Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and disputed.

Fraud Prevention

  • Meadow Pals may cancel, refuse or hold any order we suspect of fraud or unauthorised activity.
